First all-girl team has a stomping win in Mosman Park

MOSMAN Park youths have raced between sites to show just how many activities are available in their town during the firth annual Stomp! competition last Sunday.

“The intrepid teams completed the 15 checkpoints across a route that covered 10 kilometres around Mosman Park, meandering through some of the town’s most scenic locations, at the end of which the team The Sassy Stompers took line honours in a time of one hour and 53 minutes,” a council spokeswoman said.

It was the first time an all-girl team – comprising Tess Davis-Rohr, Lauren Jones, Caris Jones, Georgia Flavel and Emma Lamond – had won since the event started in 2014.
