From little things, centenary art grows

PLC and the Old Collegians Association are honouring 100 years of inspiring women with an exhibition of miniature artworks.

The tessellating patterns represent all of the different languages, cultures and opportunities we have at PLC and how they all fit together, Hunter said.

The Celebration in Miniature art exhibition will be the first time Hunter will have her work exhibited,

Itll be really cool, she said.

The centenary initiative is encouraging the broader PLC community to submit artwork representing their experiences at the college.

I think itll look great when all the miniatures are put together, because they are tiny squares. Everyone can put one in and come together as one, Hunter said.

The PLC OCA Art Exhibition will run from May 15-17.
