Organisers UpBeat Events, the City of Subiaco and Subiaco Town Centre Network announced the inaugural Subiaco Street Party last Friday.
Sponsored by the Western Suburbs Weekly, the free event will be held on Rokeby Road between Hay Street and Barker Road and include live music, entertainment, street food and bars, vintage market stalls, mini fashion shows and a side show alley from 2 to 9pm.
Subiaco Mayor Heather Henderson said the City was thrilled to sponsor a new community event for Subiaco.

“It promises to be a great day – and night – out for all ages, and we hope locals and visitors will embrace this new event.”’
Event producer Jimmy Murphy from UpBeat Events said he was overwhelmed with the response from the local business community to be involved.
“Over 25 local businesses have answered the call to engage in sponsorship of the Subiaco Street Party,” Mr Murphy said.
