MOTORCYCLISTS armed with hammers threatened staff when they robbed Vintage Cellars on Hampton Road in Nedlands about 5.20pm last Sunday

“The two offenders arrived on motorcycles and with hammers, before confronting the sole employee and demanding cash from the register,” Senior Sergeant Peter Gilmour said.

The unharmed male employee was made to lay on the floor while the robbers took cash from the register and two six-packs of Jack Daniels and coke.

A robber was described as a man wearing a dark motocross-style helmet with goggles, motorbike clothing and gloves.
