Victoria RificiWestern Suburbs Weekly

KERMIT the frog claimed it was not easy being green but students from Hollywood Primary School seem to have proved him wrong.

About 260 students helped with planting 600 locally occurring native shrubs and trees.

Students engaged with nature and learned about the importance of protecting urban bushland.

The initiative will help conserve and rehabilitate the area and provide habitat for fauna.
