DOORS to the City of Subiaco Administration Centre have been embellished with indigenous illustrations for NAIDOC week.

Noongar artist Seantelle Walsh has painted all six seasons on the council’s front doors in celebration of NAIDOC week.

Ms Walsh, who is a descendant of the Ballardong (Wheatbelt) and Gnaala Karla Boodja (Collie) regions, said art has always played an important part in her life.

A connection to Boodjar (or country) is a theme in Seantelle’s artwork as well as flora and fauna native to Subiaco.
