JO Penkin was among more than 20,000 people who competed in the 44th City to Surf on Sunday.
The Dianella resident has been living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for 30 years and completed her 10th marathon on Sunday but took a slightly different route.
Instead of running the 42.2km on the day of the event, Ms Penkin has been walking 1km each day since early July on a treadmill in her garage.
