TAKING eye-catching snaps is a huge part of everyday life for these popular Perth bloggers.

Their topics differ but they all agree that great photos are the key to making people sit up and take notice.

On #SnapPerth day, she plans to post a photo from her early morning run, and then more shots of whatever Perth throws her way.

“Whether it is around the Swan, in Kings Park, up in the hills – Perth is an amazing city to get active in,” she said.

“We have so many great tracks with world-class views and fresh air and endless hip destinations for coffee afterwards.”

The Style Trust duo Beverly Ligman and Nicole Jameson, best known for their fashion, beauty and lifestyle blog, think Perth’s ‘Cow Parade’ will be great to shoot on the day.

“But we’re not going to lie, our post may also involve a sunset and a glass of bubbles… it’s how we roll,” she said.

Fashion expert Ben Conroy loves the coast and breakfast – both in life and in the images he shares – and thinks showing off his early morning coffee from fave café Odyssea will provide #SnapPerth inspiration.

Lifestyle, fashion and travel blogger Little Miss Mon Bon, aka Monique Ceccato also plans to post from the coast.

“Any beach in Perth is my favourite part of Perth, and going there is my favourite thing to do,” she said.

TIPS from the social media experts:

Claire Mueller @run_your_style

“When shooting something static it’s all about framing – I often frame something in the foreground to create an anchor point for a landscape shot.

“If you’re shooting something moving capture the full range of motion using continuous/burst function, then pick your favourite action shot (and lol at the 90 per cent that are inevitably hilariously awful).”

Monique Ceccato @littlemissmonbon

“I love playing with the contrast and saturation just a little so I can amplify how naturally beautiful it is, especially with our gorgeous blue skies and landscapes.”

Ben Conroy @Ben.Conroy

“I love to shoot breakfast and coffee when out with friends. Key is to not drink your coffee art until all the food is on the table so you can get the perfect shot of it all together! A half drunk coffee just doesn’t get the likes you want.”

Bev & Nic @thestyletrust

“The trick to getting a great pic is knowing your ‘side’ – everyone has one. Bev is also a gun at a selfie… long arms help!”
