POLICE allege a Dianella man (31) lit two fires at Voyeur Bar in Hay Street, Subiaco last December.
Adultshop.com founder Malcolm Day and mobile phone entrepreneur Zhenya Tsvetnenko bought the bar in 2016, but Mr Tsvetnenko is now in Hakea Prison facing extradition to the United States over alleged fraud.
A police spokesman said it would be alleged the Dianella man forced his way in when the bar was closed and set it alight on December 1 and 6.
