A MAN has been charged with the murder of an elderly man in Perth.
The 76-year-old was found by a neighbour in Mosman Park with serious injuries on Saturday afternoon.
He was taken to hospital but later died, police said in a statement on Tuesday.

They say the victim and the accused are not known to each over.
A spokesman for WA Police said: “Homicide squad detectives have charged a 29-year-old man in relation to the death of a 76-year-old man in Mosman Park.
“On Saturday afternoon, police were called to a residence on Boundary Road, Mosman Park.
“Police and St John Ambulance personnel attended and the man was taken by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital, where he later died.
“The investigation is ongoing.”
The 29-year-old is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates’ Court today.
