Melbourne Cup: Where and when to watch the big race in Perth

It’s the race that stops a nation – where punters nervously rummage through their bets as the thoroughbreds clap down the two mile track at Flemington.

This year’s Melbourne Cup is scheduled to run at 12pm (WA time) on Tuesday November 6.

For those watching from outdoor locations – pack a cardigan and pin in your hat. It’ll be 19 degrees in Perth, with a slight chance of rain and moderate winds.
