Jon BassettWestern Suburbs Weekly

A WAROONA man (22) is charged with multiple traffic offences after he allegedly led police on his motorbike from Rivervale to City Beach where he crashed about 10pm last night.

Police will allege the motorbike was travelling at speed and had incorrect number plates on Orrong Road, Rivervale.

It failed to stop on the Graham Farmer Freeway, and continued through the freeway's tunnel to Cambridge Street, Leederville, before going through Wembley and Floreat.

The chase ended when the motorcycle crashed at the Durston Road-Empire Avenue, intersection, in City Beach.
