NORWOOD Systems’ Corona Compliance Management project is vying for a second Incite Award in three years.

The management system allows text messages and voice calls to be archived for a company via two apps.

It allows employees to access work voice calls and text messages on their personal mobile phone.

Norwood founder and chief executive Paul Ostergaard said Corona provided the glue between core services people expected to get from a phone.

“When a sales person texts a client, ideally you want that sent to a customer relationship management system but that never happens effectively,” he said.

“The solution is to automatically detect that happening using our app; voice calls and messages are logged to important company systems.”

Winners across eight categories will be announced on June 16.
