The iconic art-deco theatre closed to the public in November for three months of upgrades.
Last year, Regal Theatre Foundation chairman and former Subiaco Mayor Richard Diggins said the two-stage restoration would include works on the upstairs balcony, replacing the western staircase and a roof, new seating, recarpeting, electrical upgrades and repainting. Stage one is planned to be completed by the end of this month.
