Name revealed for Pavilion Market development

IT can be revealed today that Blackburne’s $280 million redevelopment of the former Subiaco Pavilion Market will be known as One Subiaco.

Managing director Paul Blackburne has released a new video of the finished project ahead of the public launch of the development in late October.

“My vision was to create something iconic for this landmark site,” Mr Blackburne said.

“One Subiaco is the result of years of fanatical commitment to ensuring we deliver an architectural masterpiece creating a vibrant urban village that breathes new life back into the heart of Subiaco.”

One Subiaco comprises three buildings – Rokeby, Roberts and Seddon – and includes a $3 million six-star rooftop residents’ oasis located on the sixth level of the Roberts building.

Construction is due to start in June next year and be finished in June 2022.
