Phantoms wrap up netball minor premiership with a round to spare

Phantoms beat Classics 62-44 on Saturday while second-placed Scarborough defeated Wembley 51-39, City Beach Surfers (1) had a 40-37 win over Aranmore Jets and City Beach (2) defeated Sterling Saints 46-20.

In the junior division one competition, Methodist Ladies’ College will finish on top this season after beating Classics (1) 42-34 on Saturday.

Second-placed City Beach (1) defeated Classics (2) 63-35 and John XXIII had a 43-26 win over Perth College.

Classics (1) and City Beach (1) go in to the final round on equal points at the top of the junior Year 7-8 competition ladder.

On Saturday, Classics (1) beat MLC 58-27, City Beach (1) defeated Classics (2) 56-27 and JTC had a 53-28 win over Perth College.
