PNA president Marita Somerford said the association was scheduled to move into the new building in a fortnight, but there were restrictions on what they could do because the water and sewerage were not connected.
‘We don’t have any sewerage, we can’t have any catering, we can’t prepare food, we can’t use the toilets,’ Ms Somerford said.
‘We are very limited in what we can do. It’s workable but it’s not ideal.’

Ms Somerford said the Town of Cambridge was working with the association to make the connection a priority for the State Government. She said she hoped it would be functioning before Christmas.
