Police hunt for Perth armed robber

DETECTIVES are hunting a man who is wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Perth.

Members of the public are being warned not to approach Ali Hood, who may have a weapon.

Any sightings of the 31-year-old should be reported to police immediately.

A spokesman for WA Police said: “Perth detectives are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Ali Hood, who may be able to assist detectives with an investigation into a recent armed robbery incident in the West Perth area.

“Mr Hood may be in possession of a weapon, and should not be approached by members of the public.”

Mr Hood is described as dark skinned, 175cm tall, of muscular build, clean shaven, and has a tattoo on his left side of neck with the word ‘Holly’.

Any sightings of Mr Hood should be reported to police immediately on 131 444.
