PERTH identity John Kizon is understood to be in a critical condition after crashing his car while suffering a medical episode last night.
Mr Kizon crashed his BMW outside Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands just after 9.30pm.
“He collided with another parked vehicle, before travelling into several bollards and a tree,” a police spokesman said.
No members of the public were injured during the crash about 9.40pm.
“The man was treated at the scene by nurses,” the spokesman said.
A damaged bus stop could also been seen at the hospital this morning.
The spokesman said the parked vehicle, a people mover used to transfer patients, was empty.
The man’s identity and from where his car was being driven was initially not disclosed.
Police forensic officers examined the man’s crossover-model BMW after the crash.
A spokeswoman for the hospital would not disclose the nature of the medical episode but confirmed he was in a stable condition this morning.
Any witnesses should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Mr Kizon was in the news back in June when he bizarrely appeared on a Facebook Live video hosted by a former US cable news broadcaster in Singapore.
