RAM raiders in a stolen car hit the BWS bottleshop inside the West Leederville shopping centre, Cambridge Street at 3.19am this morning.

“A red sedan was driven through the front entrance, then into BWS where they forced the door open,” Senior Sergeant Lee Cowell said.

The sedan was a Mitsubishi Lancer stolen sometime over February 19-20 in North Perth.

A group of three men jumped from the car when it was inside the shopping centre, before an undisclosed amount of alcohol and cigarettes were taken.

One man was described as having a solid build, in his 20s, wearing a black hooded jumper and black tracksuit pants.

An accomplice had a medium build, in his 20s, with short, blonde hair, wearing a grey jumper, brown trousers and white shoes.

There was no description of the third man.
