STAFF at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital donned their favourite sporting team’s jersey on Friday to raise funds for Solaris Cancer Care.

Staff members got behind the ‘Wear Your Sports Shirt Day’ and created a display of colour and cheer for a gold coin donation.

Clinical Nurse Kirsten Stewart, who arranged the event, said the day was a success.

“It was great to see so many passionate fans come out to support Solaris while also representing their favourite team,” she said.

“There was such a variety of sports represented it was amazing.”
