FUTURE residents of Subiaco By Blackburne can start enjoying views of Fremantle Port, the Swan River, Kings Park, the City and the hills and Lake Monger from this week.

Blackburne founder and managing director Paul Blackburne has installed a viewing tower at the former Subiaco Pavilion Markets site to give potential buyers an appreciation of the 360 degree view from the common area of the development that includes a heated pool, gym and garden.

Mr Blackburne said he would also hire a cherry picker once a month to take prospective purchasers up 75m – the equivalent of the 23rd floor of the Seddon residences.
