Subiaco: Father Joe Walsh appears in court on stealing charges

THE Catholic priest accused of stealing $252,000 while the head of St Joseph’s church in Subiaco appeared briefly in court this morning.

Father Joe Walsh was charged last year with six counts of stealing.

Fr Walsh has been free on bail since the charges were laid in December.

He was not required to enter a plea today.
