Subiaco workers treat themselves on Tuesdays

SUBIACO workers can now score ripper meal deals within the City on Tuesdays.

The City’s marketing brand See Subiaco launched a four week Treat Yo’self Tuesday promotion on July 9 and teamed up with local food producers to increase business trade within Subiaco.

See Subiaco has introduced combo deals and discounts with more than 20 restaurants and cafes.

Food offers range from combo deals, light bites, desserts including The Village Bar offering Smokey barbeque ribs for just $15, instead of its normal price of $25, and a $10 meal deal from Jus Burgers.

Mayor Penny Taylor said the initiative, which was introduced to support local businesses during the winter months, was activated on Tuesdays as it’s generally a low trade day.

“We want to make sure our office workers know all about the great local businesses we have in Subiaco,” she said.

“We have over 20,000 office workers come into the City each day for work.”

The Tuesday campaign runs until August 6.
