SCITECH – Sutherland Street, West Perth.Scitech will be moved from its West Perth headquarters to a 9500sq m facility at Burswood Peninsula worth $15 million and due to be opened alongside the new Perth Stadium in 2018.SUNSET HOSPITAL – Jutland Parade, Dalkeith.The disused, heritage-listed Sunset Hospital in Dalkeith will be redeveloped into a community asset via the $8 million Heritage Revolving Fund, with $275,000 already allocated to the plan.

NEDLANDS LIGHT RAIL – Thomas Street.Metro Area Express (MAX) will be built across Perth, connecting the suburbs to the CBD.The west light rail line will be built along Thomas Street in Nedlands to QE2 Medical Centre, with commuters able to use the line by 2018.

CURTIN AVENUE REALIGNMENT – Curtin Avenue, Cottesloe.Scarborough, Leighton and Port beaches will be transformed with a $70 million redevelopment project, $30 million of which has been set aside for the realignment of Curtin Avenue, south of the Marine Parade roundabout in Cottesloe.ELIZABETH QUAY – Perth CBD Foreshore.Development on the $2.6 billion Perth CBD riverfront development will continue, including the closure of Riverside Drive.The public area around the waterfront inlet is scheduled to be available for public use in mid-2015. SUBIACO STADIUM – Subiaco Road, Subiaco.Upon the completion of the new stadium in Burswood in 2018, Subiaco stadium will be decommissioned as the AFL home stadium in Perth.RIVERWALLS – Mosman Park foreshore.Funds of $7 million over four years have been allocated for priority repairs to 28.7km of riverwalls along the Swan River, including along the Mosman Park foreshore.
