IT’S business as usual at The Vic in Subiaco, despite the property being up for sale for an estimated $8 million.
The Vic Subiaco co-owner Bevan Marwick said the landlord decided to put the property up on the market in March.
“We’re the business and they’re the landlord so we’re separate,” he said.
Mr Marwick said there had been some interest in the asset.
