Discussion of alterations deferred at Peppermint Grove so neighbours can work it out

PEPPERMINT Grove councillors at their November 27 meeting decided to:

  • Defer until December a decision on contested alterations to previously approved changes at 38 The Esplanade to allow the owner and a neighbour to further discuss the issue.
  • Approve a roof deck at 16, Bay View Terrace, with the provision any future building of other additions will have to conform to the permit for the deck proposal.
  • Approve a 33sq m shed at the rear of 550 Stirling Highway to display samples used by a design studio.
