Mr Hancey will use Harvey marinated goat cheese, Guinea Grove extra virgin olive oil from Gingin, Nail Brewing stout and chocolate from Fremantle Chocolate and the Margaret River Chocolate Company.

The businesses won inaugural Premium Produce Awards at the 2013 Perth Royal Show.

‘It’s about showcasing what WA is really good at and giving people who make the produce a bit of a highlight.’
