WA Police appeal urgently for help to find missing heavily pregnant woman who left KEMH

UPDATE: WA police say the missing woman was found in Fremantle about 6.20am.

POLICE have appealed for help to find a heavily pregnant woman who left King Edward Memorial Hospital early this morning.

Charrissa Joyce (32) was last seen leaving the hospital on foot about 2.05am on Sunday, January 20.

Charrissa is described as being a Pacific Islander and 162cm tall, having a medium build, black hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion.

She was last seen wearing a blue hospital gown and carrying a pillow and a plastic bag.

Any person who thinks they have seen Charrissa can call police urgently on ‘000’.

Inspector Garry Kosovich said the hospital had serous concerns for her welfare as she was about to go into labour.
