Sgt Davis said the woman and the man were alone and seated when the man got close to his victim.

“We will allege he then stroked her arm,” he said.

The woman returned to the office for a second appointment two days later.

Sgt Davis said the woman was led by the man to the office’s rear door, and were alone and seated in the man’s office when he again got close.

“It will be alleged he grabbed and held the victim’s hands before rubbing her thigh,” he said.

The Caversham man (38) will be summonsed to appear at Perth Magistrates Court to face the charge at a later date.
