Higher power is the key

Alcohol harms the body and mind. Body cells damaged by alcohol can later become cancer cells as well as cause abnormalities in generations. While spiritually, the consequences of uncontrolled actions while drunk can haunt one forever.

The question arises that if alcohol is harmful why then is it used so widely. In my opinion, some people use it to alleviate stresses and pains while others due to lack of confidence and peer pressure. Nevertheless, are those reasons worth a person’s life, considering that with alcohol the problem doesn’t go away but is just forgotten for few hours.

The real strength and support that one can get during ups and downs of life is from firm connection with God Almighty. When a person knows there is someone to watch over him, who has power over everything and loves him more than his mother, then such a person does not need alcohol crutches.
