“Suicide prevention is top of mind and, to be honest, still very raw for me.”

Ms McGufficke had an emotional conversation with the team at Abel McGrath – The Property People Leederville, explaining the devastation her family was feeling.

“I am very grateful for the team that surrounds me and for the care and support they provide me,” she said.

“As a workplace, we need to show that it is OK for our staff to reach out to their leaders for support.

“At our Leederville and Subiaco offices, we have created an environment where our staff feel safe to speak up.”
