“We had many requests to establish a local office in what is one of the most in-demand suburbs in Perth,” he said.

“As a team we have found the cross-pollination of buyers has been most beneficial and combined with the reach of Acton as a whole, we have been achieving some fantastic results for our clients.”

Growing demand also saw Acton Cottesloe and Dalkeith welcome Louis Carr, Bel Edwards and Phong Pham to the team.

“With increased demand from clients to list and sell in areas where we didn’t have dedicated sales representatives, we decided to increase the team to improve customer service,” Mr Heymans said.

“Louis is a well-established agent in Wembley and his wide range of contacts and experience will make the team more rounded.

“Bel lives in Crawley and hopes to increase our market share in the area while still working with her established clients in Stirling and Phong will be looking after Nedlands; he already operates local business Boubar, loves meeting people and has extensive customer service experience.”
