Mr Airey said head of property management Alison Ruland was probably one of the busiest people in their office, if not the whole district.
“Leasing and re-leasing over 50 properties a month and with a big list of properties for lease, Alison runs her department of 10 people and deals with old and new clients daily,” he said.
Mrs Ruland said she loved property management and while it was demanding, they had some great clients and tenants who made it worthwhile.
