Annie McCarthy joins Realmark Western Suburbs

Mrs McCarthy has a strong background in interior design and owned her own business in Perth for more than eight years.

She spent 10 years in Sydney working with the likes of McGrath Estate Agents and Belle Property, styling properties for sale in the eastern suburbs and lower north shore.

This piqued her interest in real estate and when she returned to Perth in 2013 she moved into property sales.

Mrs McCarthy’s experience has been welcomed by the Realmark Western Suburbs team and her design skills have already been put to good use.

“I recently spent a Saturday afternoon helping a colleague’s clients prepare their home for photos the following Tuesday,” she said.

“The home would appeal to younger buyers, so we rearranged furniture, decluttered and styled the house to appeal to that market.” n
