Bellcourt Property Group expands team in 2018

Natalie HordovWestern Suburbs Weekly

WHILE the holiday season was generally quiet for the local property market, one agency was busy expanding its business ready to meet the opportunities 2018 may offer.

Bellcourt Property Group welcomed Floreat and Churchlands specialists Carl Casilli and Michael Hallam and well-known West Leederville and Wembley agent Adam Marchant to the team.

Director Kirk Bellerby said there was a big opportunity for a boutique agency to start offering something unique in areas dominated by established agencies and with the silver lining regarding market conditions, it was a good time to invest in their people and the company.

“We are always looking to enter new areas and build the brand offering, but it has to be the right agent, who believes in our company ethos and values,” he said.

“The stars aligned regarding Carl, Michael and Adam; we were looking to expand and at the same time I think they were looking for a different proposition too.

“I am rapt that three extremely well-respected professionals see our company as the right fit for them.”

Mr Bellerby said all the agents were very strong performers in their areas and brought some great skills to the table, but what was most important to him was their reputation in the marketplace.

“That’s where I was blown away,” he said.

“Every owner and buyer who has dealt with the boys has had an amazing experience and this is something we really try to emulate in all our departments.”

More growth is possible for Bellcourt in 2018.

“We have identified three key locations, but it is one step at a time and our focus in the short term is really establishing our current office locations and surrounds,” Mr Bellerby said

“Entering into a new year we have set ourselves some big challenges internally and externally, and with the team we are attracting, combined with our existing team, I am really proud of how far we have come and where we are going.”
