Bellcourt Property Group is expanding, opening a new office in Mt Lawley.

Director Kirk Bellerby said the strategy was always to have offices in three key locations around the CBD.

“We have a strong presence in South Perth and surrounds, Shenton Park and surrounds, and now Mt Lawley is that northern corridor which we can service,” he said.

“We have monitored the (local) market for some time, hence our motivation to open here.

“It’s consistently performed well because of its obvious attractions such as proximity to the CBD, neighbourhood amenities and a great price variation, which means that even if one segment may be slower, another is doing well.”

The office at 692 Beaufort Street will be run by three experienced local agents.

“Despite our broader reach across Perth, we have intentionally made sure that the people who run these business are well entrenched in the area and part of the local community,” Mr Bellerby said.

“Its imperative that we still have a boutique agency approach and service.

“Wayne Heldt, who is licensee, has managed multiple offices over the past 10 years and he is partnered with Donna Buckovska, who also ran her own agency, and Natalie Hoye, who is an award-winning agent and consistently one of the top female agents in WA.”
