The new office is located at 103 Waratah Avenue, Dalkeith.

Director Kirk Bellerby said it was a beautifully appointed office, which sat well with their corporate look.

“(The opening) was probably a little sooner than we had anticipated but we won a large project sales contract with Mirvac and the product we are selling will definitely appeal to the downsizer or investor living ‘south of the highway’.

“And a lot of the owners in our rental portfolio live in this area.”

Mr Bellerby said it was an exciting, new chapter for the agency, which opened their first office in 2010.

“This is the third office we have opened now and every time we open the doors, it’s the same feeling of complete excitement and nerves,” he said.

“We are confident in our staff abilities and our brand but it doesn’t mean to say we are still not nervous.”

In the short term, Bellcourt will concentrate on marketing Reserve and The Grandstand on behalf of Mirvac from their new Dalkeith office, but aims to move towards offering a full service, with a strong focus on special projects.

The future looks bright for the agency.

“We have also won the contract from LandCorp for Parkside Walk, which is the sale of all of the residential lots in this development,” Mr Bellerby said.

“We are also launching a new initiative in property management, which hasn’t been seen before, and we have earmarked another two more locations to expand into.” n
