More than 100 people attended, receiving a sneak preview of the $1 million bespoke sales display, which includes high-end timber flooring, a fully fitted kitchen and deluxe bathroom.

Among the guests were Town of Claremont councillors and Mayor Jock Barker, LandCorp general manager John Hackett, Claremont Football Club chief executive Graham Moss and Perth Alive chairwoman Maxine Murray. Blackburne managing director Paul Blackburne said the development had received a lot of interest, which was a positive sign for the market.

“With more than 1000 inquiries in the project before we had even released the apartments for sale, we are confident that Perth’s property market is picking up, |and demand is still strong for well-designed apartments in fantastic locations,” he |said.
