BLACKBURNE launched its new Essence development in Claremont last Wednesday, holding a special event for local residents ahead of the launch to the public at the weekend.
More than 100 people attended, receiving a sneak preview of the $1 million bespoke sales display, which includes high-end timber flooring, a fully fitted kitchen and deluxe bathroom.
Among the guests were Town of Claremont councillors and Mayor Jock Barker, LandCorp general manager John Hackett, Claremont Football Club chief executive Graham Moss and Perth Alive chairwoman Maxine Murray. Blackburne managing director Paul Blackburne said the development had received a lot of interest, which was a positive sign for the market.
“With more than 1000 inquiries in the project before we had even released the apartments for sale, we are confident that Perth’s property market is picking up, |and demand is still strong for well-designed apartments in fantastic locations,” he |said.
“Given the overwhelming amount of interest in Essence to date, we are expecting the apartments to sell fast, and we expect to commence the detailed design development with award-winning architects Hames Sharley later this year.”
