CONSTRUCTION on Edge Visionary Living’s Eden Floreat development is expected to start soon, with more than $45 million of the project already sold.

It will offer a range of living options, including one, two and three-bedroom apartments, three or four-bedroom two-storey townhouses and luxurious penthouses.

All homes will include spacious floor plans, with ceiling heights between 3m and 3.5m complemented by quality designer finishes.

Residents will also have access to the development’s private lounge and dining room, wine cellar, yoga studio and gym, heated 25m pool, sun deck, cabanas with lake views, sunset terrace, library, games room and theatre.

They will appreciate the desirable location close to parkland at Perry Lakes Reserve and Bold Park, 3km from City Beach and 7km from the CBD.

Edge Visionary Living managing director Gavin Hawkins said Eden was the company’s flagship project and they were extremely excited about delivering a premium lifestyle to the western suburbs.

“Working again with award-winning Hillam Architects, Eden demonstrates our design experience and passion for timeless architecture,” he said.

“At Edge we believe apartment living should not mean compromising your lifestyle. Eden brings stunning amenities, all set adjacent to picturesque Perry Lakes Reserve and Bold Park.”

Eden Floreat is at 1 Finishline View, Floreat, and a display suite is open Wednesdays to Sundays from 11am to 3pm.
