CVue Property Managers a little bit different

Natalie HordovWestern Suburbs Weekly

At the opening of their new office in Subiaco, CVue Property Managers director Honor Borg said, like their name, the team were taking a unique approach to property management.

“We’re not following a traditional property management model,” she said.

“Firstly our property managers will be based in the office all the time, so that they are always available to our clients.

“The leasing manager will go out and meet clients and show properties, while we will outsource other aspects where we can to ensure an efficient service.”

The use of technology will also be a cornerstone of their business, with CVue using a lot of systems to streamline their service.

“For example, prospective tenants can book property viewings online 24 hours a day without needing to wait for a property manager to return their call,” Mrs Borg said

“We also use a maintenance management app allowing current tenants to log maintenance requests 24/7.”

Mrs Borg expects their fee structure to shake up the market.

“We will have a flat fee for all clients, whether they are charging $500 a week rent, or $1000, our clients will all pay the same monthly fee that will cover all aspects of our management service,” she said.

“It’s not common at the moment, but I expect everyone in the industry to be doing this in three to four years’ time.”
