Natalie HordovWestern Suburbs Weekly

“Dalkeith is a great suburb and is perfect if you have children,” she said.

“The area has lovely big landholdings, plus it has easy access to good schools, the city and lovely parks.”

Ms Sullivan has seen a lot of interest in the area this year, particularly from eastern states buyers and expats.

“It’s been very noticeable; my last three sales were to eastern states buyers,” she said.

“People move over east when they are younger and are coming back to Perth when they have a family.

“They see very good value in our market, as well as the wonderful family lifestyle on offer in Dalkeith.”

Ms Sullivan said she was also getting enquiries from buyers currently living overseas.

“I’m currently working with two buyers who live in Singapore,” she said.

“They are expats looking to buy in the current market and hold the property until they move back to Perth in a few years time.”

Over the years, Ms Sullivan has been responsible for some of the highest sales in the western suburbs.

She has built a huge database of clients and is respected for her honesty and good communication.

“Most of my business comes from repeat and referral customers,” she said.

“I find people buy from me and come back to me when they’re ready to sell.

“I’m straightforward and a good negotiator, and they know that if I got a good price from them as a buyer, I will get the best result for them when selling.”

Her extensive database also allows her to match buyers to properties, without having to advertise.

“Seven of my last 15 sales have been off the market, using my database,” Ms Sullivan said. n
