EDGE Visionary Living has launched Eden East, stage 2 of its Floreat development.
Stage 1, Eden West, includes 101 residences. Managing director Gavin Hawkins said it had sold quickly, mainly to owner occupiers, with construction well underway.
Eden East will include 62 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom penthouses and several two-storey residences.
