Staff WriterWestern Suburbs Weekly

THE western suburbs will get a new gourmet grocer with Blackburne securing an IGA for its Essence development in Claremont.

The operator and owner has a portfolio of IGA stores throughout Perth said the new shop would offer Claremont residents a new level of convenience with doors open seven days a week, competitive pricing, friendly customer service and fresh produce.

It will include an onsite butcher, daily baked goods, fresh fruit and vegetables and high-quality ready-made meals, with the aim of catering to all diets.

Blackburne managing director Paul Blackburne said the grocer presented the perfect fit for the luxury development.
