“Each property transaction is different and I love people; meeting them, talking to them and helping them in their property search for their next home.

“Many of my clients become firm friends.”

While Ms Costanzo said it was necessary to work hard when starting in the industry, it was also important to make an effort to enjoy each day.

“I always strive to provide the best service for my clients, but also always try to enjoy the journey,” she said.

“I love to work, but I also put an incredible amount of effort into learning and growing all the time in all areas of my life.

“I am always pushing myself in my evolvement as a person and contributor to the community.”

Ms Costanzo said excellent communications and the ability to work long hours and adapt to an ever-changing environment were necessary skills for real estate success.

She said the industry had definitely changed over the years, with a move towards a more mobile and digital exposure for properties.

“Everyone is time poor these days and these forums provide quick and easy access for those looking at property,” she said.

“As an agent you need to keep up with constantly developing technologies as well as be flexible with your time to suit your clients.”
