BUYERS will have a second opportunity to buy a lot in Land Corp’s new Parkside Walk estate in Jolimont.
Stage one sold out and stage two will include 10 lots sized 270sq m to 307sq m.
The development is conveniently located, in walking distance of the Cambridge Street retail and cafe strip and just a short drive from Perth’s CBD and the beach.
It is within the catchment area of Jolimont Primary School and Shenton College, and close to UWA.

“Parkside Walk will breathe new life into Jolimont and revitalise an underutilised piece of land,” she said.
“The estate will also provide better access to the surrounding parklands and amenities, upgraded streetscapes and landscaped walkways, further enhancing what is already a great place to live.”
Mr Marra said the development was the first project in WA to be certified under EnviroDevelopment’s Multi-Unit Residential Standard.
“We have implemented sustainable and innovative features that will result in potential cost savings and a more sustainable lifestyle for Parkside Walk residents,” he said.
“Sustainable living is a key goal of a growing number of home buyers and the estate will include waterwise and energy-efficient appliances, water-sensitive gardens, climate responsive design and solar-oriented dwellings.”
