Last chance to design your apartment at Lucent Claremont

Staff WriterWestern Suburbs Weekly

THE challenge for buyers when downsizing is finding an apartment that still allows them to enjoy their desired lifestyle, according to Celsius Property Group managing director Richard Pappas.

To address this issue, the company has been running a ‘design your own apartment’ campaign for their 40-apartment Lucent Claremont development.

“Rather than buying off-the-plan, people have been able to customise the plan, allowing them to ‘right-size’ while creating their own luxurious, bespoke apartment in a prime location,” Mr Pappas said.

Buyers have a limited opportunity to take advantage of this offer, which is set to end this week.

However, Mr Pappas said that the invaluable insights from the campaign would be incorporated into the final apartment plans, which would be officially be released late next month and buyers would still have a choice of three colour schemes with various upgrade and customisation options also being made available.

Lucent Claremont has been designed by Hillam Architects and will offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and penthouse apartments.

Residents will enjoy the benefits of ‘right-sized’ living while retaining the lifestyle they were accustomed to.

For example, guests can be entertained in the second-floor residents’ retreat that will include a chef-grade kitchen and personalised wine cabinet, as well as access to an adjacent landscaped terrace and decked outdoor areas overlooking Claremont Oval.

The design is also intended to create a sense of community by encouraging ‘incidental encounters’ and conversations among residents in communal spaces such as the entertaining deck or herb garden.

Lucent Claremont is part of Perth’s Multi Age Precinct and Amana Living will also offer optional services including cleaning and general assistance within the home.

The development will be built at 5 Davies Road, only 350m from Claremont’s cafe and restaurant precinct and overlooking Claremont Oval and Lake Claremont Golf Course.

Prices range from $495,000 for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment to $1.25 million for a penthouse apartment.
