LJ Hooker Claremont counting down to opening of Dalkeith office

THE team at LJ Hooker Claremont are counting down to the opening of their new office in Dalkeith.

The office, at 87 Waratah Avenue, is due to open on December 2.

“We’re very excited,” director Vivien Yap said.

“We opened the doors at LJ Hooker Claremont last November and just over a year later we will be opening a second office in Dalkeith.

“It’s a big move, but we have had a lot of buyers, sellers and landlords in this sought-after area asking for our guidance and felt it was important for us to have a local base.”

The LJ Hooker team continues to go from strength to strength.

Following on from being named REIWA’s top team by value sold in August, Team Vivien was also the number one team by value sold in September, with over $17 million in property sales.

October looks to be just as successful – they have secured over $13 million in sales so far, and sold six properties in one weekend recently.

Under the guidance of Mrs Yap, the LJ Hooker team continues to grow, expanding their reach throughout the western suburbs.

They recently welcomed Floreat and Cottesloe sales executive Yvonne Furner to their ranks.

“Our strong, experienced team have a wide knowledge base,” Mrs Yap said.

“As well as Yvonne, we have Jay Dass who focuses on Nedlands and Dalkeith, John Hunter overseeing Claremont and Mt Claremont, and Gary Dundon who is our authority on project sales.

“We also have two husband and wife teams: Peter and Bernadette Kasten specialise in Wembley Downs, while Aaron and Liv Katin are our Mosman Park experts.

“While we all have our areas of expertise, perhaps our greatest strength is that we work together to help people buy and sell throughout the western suburbs.” n
