LJ Hooker extends reach in Perth’s western suburbs

LJ Hooker Dalkeith, at 87 Waratah Avenue, is due to open in November, a year after LJ Hooker Claremont opened its doors.

“Having sister offices operating in Claremont and Dalkeith offers customers in both suburbs and their surrounds the unique advantage of sales agents and property managers collaborating across both offices.

“It means our clients have exposure to more contacts, more experience and more results.”

The new office represents a return to the Dalkeith community for Mrs Yap, whose successful real estate career began in the suburb’s prestigious streets.

“I’m very excited to be returning to a market place which so readily supported me in the past,” she said. n
