Natalie HordovWestern Suburbs Weekly

The complex on the corner of William Street and Alma Road includes 48 one and two-bedroom apartments and was designed to appeal to first-home buyers.

Parcel Property manager Danielle Davison said its goal was go back to basics and develop apartments in a vibrant location that would appeal to a younger generation.

“Fringe on William is about giving buyers what they want: more space, lower cost, more extras and car parking,” she said.

“The boutique apartments have spacious open-plan living areas, a wide range of sustainable features, meticulous design and quality construction.

“Following the changes to the First Home Owner Grant this year, we experienced an unprecedented uptake in sales from singles and young professional couples, so there’s only a handful of apartments left for sale.”

The complex has an internal open-air atrium, a rooftop terrace and alfresco kitchen, with amazing views of the CBD.

Apartments include deep balconies, stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows.

Ms Davison said the location was a major drawcard for buyers.

“Everything is in walking distance. Art, coffee, restaurants, bars and shops; it’s close to Perth CBD, public transport and a short walk from Hyde Park,” she said.

Fringe on William will be officially opened on May 4 by Dale Alcock.
